This build was a subdivision of a family lot. It is a primary dwelling but will later be converted to a “garden suite” as a larger future home will be built on the property. This is a 2-stage development process beginning with the smaller of the 2 builds. Planning to conform to bylaws in a 2-stage project like this is of the utmost importance.
