Some Assembly Required

There were many cool builds on this Nickelodeon kids TV Series. I was around to prep Season One. I had this roller coaster car designed by a 3D modeller which I then sent off to foam fabricators. We hard-coated it and painted it in metallic and it became a feature working set piece for the remainder of the show.
